To strategize with multiple stake holders on communications initiatives, projects and programs and to plan, develop and execute a multi-faceted strategic internal communications program and campaigns for all employees. Develop and drive innovative ways of employee engagement in tune with company's culture and also collaborate with Executives functions and locations to support the application towards HR/Talent awards and recognitions from external organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive & optimize internal communications program.
- Manage content for internal employee communications, providing engaging features that improve employee engagement
- Works closely with internal teams on strategy, execution and sustenance of employee engagement initiatives and Program manage engagement activities across the organization.
- Contribute towards the content for multiple External awards applications
- Support Executive Leadership team in organizational announcements
