Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level Fitout - Zonal Lead to join our dynamic team at Reliance Retail. This is a full-time position located in Navi Mumbai. The Fitout - Zonal Lead will be responsible for overseeing fit-out projects, aligning deployments, and ensuring quality standards are met across zonal operations. Education Qualification - B.Tech / B.E (Civil)

Qualifications and Skills

• Align deployments (Mandatory skill) - Experience in coordinating and aligning store fit-out deployments to meet project timelines and company standards.
• Review SDR documents (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in reviewing and ensuring compliance with store design and review documents.
• Prepare accurate cash flow projections (Mandatory skill) - Skill in preparing and managing precise cash flow projections for ongoing and upcoming fit-out projects.
• Develop performance standards - Ability to create and monitor performance standards for fit-out projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Resolve snag points - Capability to identify and resolve issues swiftly to maintain project schedules and quality.
• Facilitate communication - Strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination between various stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement quality assurance and SHE standards - Knowledge in implementing quality assurance processes and adherence to safety, health, and environment (SHE) standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all zonal fit-out operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Align deployment schedules to ensure seamless rollouts and adherence to project timelines.
• Review and approve SDR documents to ensure design compliance and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage accurate cash flow projections for each project to ensure financial health.
• Develop, implement, and monitor performance standards to ensure project quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve any snag points swiftly to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to SHE standards across all zonal operations.
