Who we are looking for:
- A Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in financial models and reporting
- Proficiency in Power BI & Query along with advanced Microsoft Excel.
What you will be doing:
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze financial performance against historical data, budgeted figures, forecasted outcomes, and strategic plans to support informed decision-making.
Dashboard Preparation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards, highlighting various merchandising parameters and comparing them against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models and templates necessary for the strategy and planning process, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and of high quality.
Financial Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for all financial information, addressing opportunities and challenges to support business needs.
Accounting Principles and Internal Controls:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls, applying them appropriately in all financial processes.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other business team members to review and interpret financial information and forecasts.
Efficiency and Profitability:
- Collaborate closely with the senior management team to enhance efficiency and profitability by ensuring adherence to medium and long-term financial plans.
