Job Overview

Reliance Retail is seeking a Finance Operations Manager at a Junior level to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in financial processes and operations to support our growing business by ensuring financial stability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in financial reporting to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in financial analysis to scrutinize data and support decision-making processes.
• Experience in budgeting to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets.
• Proficient in vendor management to handle contracts, negotiations, and relationships with vendors.
• Competence in data analysis to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Understanding of compliance management to ensure all operations adhere to established legal and regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ownership of Billing/STO and collection cycles for franchisee stores and its reconciliation.
• Co-ordinate with Payment gateway, Brands & Banks for TID Creation, Terminal Deployment, Brand offer activation, transaction charges, cash back recoveries and offer roll-out.
• Control of Billing of furniture and Fixture to partner.
• Overall control of product Exchange reconciliation with Exchange and delivery partners.
• Working closing with business functions to drive and implement new business initiatives.
• Preparing process flowcharts & business requirement documents for new business initiatives.
• Payment of Commission and vendor invoices with tax compliance.
• Maintaining and reviewing balance sheet schedules for all the MOPs.
• Working closely with sales operations team to drive financing impacting items.
• Regular reporting and analytics as per business requirement.
• Managing both internal and external audits and BOC reviews.
• Implementing process automation to optimize manpower and improve efficiency.
• Identifying cost optimization/ saving opportunities.
