• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
• Maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members as required
