Job Purpose -

Ensure availability of learning content to help learners enhance their job deliverables.

Key Responsibilities -

• Work with internal and external vendors for developing content for the SME.
• Develop byte size learning content to encourage quick learning anytime and anywhere.
• Maintain high standards set for developing content including using the brand stands.
• Collaborate with the Learning platform team to ensure the e-learning content is available for the learners.
• Derive performance from content vendors as per the SLA.
• Build content using the instructional design principles for easy learning.
• Experience in digital content creation, including SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and multimedia content development.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
• Creative thinker with a passion for content development and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
