- Purpose:
To implement and maintain complete transactions of billing, vendor compliance, payments and Tax reconciliation for the digital supply chain, while overseeing monthly provisions and actual expenses
- Role & responsibilities:
1 Maintain complete transaction of expenses of SCM like rent, manpower cost, utilities, and transport expense in SAP.
2 Consolidate and prepare monthly provision data for all DCs for accurate reporting.
3 Manage the activation and budget upload for imprest cards to ensure proper fund allocation for DCs.
4 Address and clear GST queries from vendors to ensure 100% compliance by vendors.
5 Work with other business functions to allocate correct costs to individual business formats.
6 Oversee expense reconciliation processes with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
7 Follow up with the P&C team for corrections or updates in work orders and agreement clauses.
Facilitate coordination between DC, vendor, and finance, compliance, and FC&A teams for final settlement of vendors

Candidates from a Retail background and who have worked in a Commercial team are preferable
