Job Purpose:
Facilitate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge across stores to align with and support key business objectives.
Business Unit: Reliance Jewels
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and adequate certifications of new joiners on Ready for Role Training program.
- Deliver TNI trainings based on Functional & Behavioral interventions for stores in the region.
- 100% adherence to Training SOP and Processes laid out.
- Ensure roll out of NHQ driven trainings.
- Achieve adequate certifications on TNI based interventions, NHQ project and AOP trainings for the region.
- Ensure periodic store visits to understand knowledge gaps and take timely corrective measures to close the gaps by devising effective training interventions.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with all stakeholders w.r.t Training completion reports, post training follow-up measures and highlight business impact on critical KPI’s
Key Performance Indicators:
Primary KPI -
- Executing need based Functional & Behavioral interventions for stores in the region
- NHQ driven training certifications
- Store Visit Completion % ( Measured basis the Number of stores visited viz-a-viz Scope of stores decided)
- Maintaining high Delivery standards, Excellent Platform skills and ensuring readiness as per Trainer notes
