Position: Cluster Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing and MBA in Marketing.
· 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles for apparel retail industry.
Skills Required:
· Innovation and Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract customers and drive sales.
· Process Orientation: Strong understanding of marketing processes and ability to implement efficient workflows.
· Market Understanding: Deep knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.
· Product Knowledge: Understanding of retail products and the ability to market them effectively.
· Vendor Relationship Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, in-store) to promote products and drive footfall.
2. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
4. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
6. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
7. Coordinate marketing activities across multiple locations or clusters, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
