2. Job Purpose
This role is primarily accountable for overall PnL and operations management for the Cluster region and drive service & delivery efficiency, supporting business partner hiring & coordination, and managing pick-up delivery costs.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Manage hub operations across and implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure seamless operations across clusters and manage & monitor overall P&L and operations for the cluster.
- Drive cluster Linehaul performance, quality & expansion and also manage ground & network operations, network capacity utilization, network cost
- Drive business partner development and evaluation, ensure cost optimization, and support in driving cluster/national
- Ensure SID & stocks management / PI, Quality management
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Implement best practices and keep innovating to create better operational services. Drive cost optimization & cost control initiatives. Ensure 100% service levels achieved.
- Drive review of current processes and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to implement process projects
- Ensure adherence of policies, process, systems and SLA's and monitor customer complaints, conducts root cause analysis and provide solution to enhance customer level satisfaction
- Lead, manage & motivate the team; provide functional guidance and training
- Constantly review and evaluate the performance of team, service providers and give feedback and plans for improvement

- Minimizing % supply chain cost (overall / by category)
- % Increase in orders delivered OTIF (On Time in Full)
- Adherence to SLA for order delivery time, promised delivery date
4.2. Additional KPIs
- Number of process improvements implemented
- % Increase in utilization
- Increase in customer/ delivery scorecard performance
