Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profitability:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the team to create an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Implement efficient inventory processes and participate in stock audits.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to manage product assortment and merchandising.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to Sephoras operational standards and policies.
- Support the implementation of store processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement action plans to address areas of improvement.
- Customer Experience:
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Train and coach team members on customer engagement techniques.
- People Management:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the beauty segment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
- Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Process-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency.
- Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of Sephoras product offerings.
