The employee will be responsible for managing the Rice Category (specifically Non Basmati variant), including market analysis, pricing strategy, and supplier management.

• Forecast demand and plan procurement activities to meet business objectives
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to drive category growth and customer satisfaction
