· Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management

· Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)

· Manage & Guide team of CSOs/ Senior CSO to deliver desired results

· Sales Planning

· Width Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes

· Depth Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS

· Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned

· Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets

· Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales Manager on monthly basis
