- Experience in retail sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Knowledge of the Fashion sector to effectively manage and promote fashion and lifestyle products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the Punjab region, ensuring they are meeting sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales, improve customer service, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide strong leadership and support to store managers, helping them to achieve store goals and maintain high standards in all aspects of the retail business.
- Track store performance metrics and prepare reports to present to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and practices, as well as with local regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to customer service or store operations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure adequate stock levels and product assortment are in place.
