Job Description:


We are seeking a seasoned professional from the online ad sales space to lead the External Ads & Partnerships vertical at AJIO.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete ownership of the non-endemic ads & partnerships track. The role will require building a strategy & value

proposition, reaching out & pitching to non-fashion brands for advertising on AJIO and executing these plans and building long term win-win relationships for AJIO in the non-fashion lifestyle brands world. The person will be collaborating closely with the product team, program managing campaigns, overseeing commercials, and reporting ROI on brand partnerships. This role will also involve planning events in coordination with other teams across AJIO.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Good Networking in Lifestyle brand market: Ideal candidate is expected to have great networks in the lifestyle brand network. She/he should be able to these connections and leverage the industry knowledge to generate Ads growth for AJIO.
  • Own Ads & Partnerships Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the External Ads & Partnerships track, ensuring seamless execution of brand partnerships and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to develop and optimize features and tools that enhance monetization opportunities and brand partnerships.
  • Program Manage Campaigns: Take the lead in program managing campaigns in collaboration with brand partners, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Commercials: Oversee commercial agreements and invoicing processes, ensuring the accurate and timely management of financial aspects related to brand partnerships.
  • Report ROI of Campaigns: Analyse the return on investment (ROI) of brand partnership days, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build Credible Long Term Relationships in the Ads Space: Build continuing partnerships with brands.


Skills Required:


• Experience in Monetization and Strategic Alliances: Proven experience in managing brand partnerships and monetization in the e-commerce or fashion industry.

• 3-4 Years of Post-MBA Work Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of post-MBA work experience in program management, monetization, or relevant areas.

• MS SharePoint: Proficiency in MS SharePoint, including the ability to effectively manage and collaborate on projects.

• Flows and Power Automate: Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for process automation.

• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and brand partners.

• Advanced Excel: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.

• Tableau (Preferred): Experience with Tableau for data visualization and analysis.

• SQL (Optional): Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation (optional but a plus).
