Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all real estate projects meet our quality standards and align with customer expectations. You will be involved in various stages of project development, guaranteeing adherence to quality regulations and operational procedures, thus supporting the timely execution of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient understanding of quality assurance methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) with demonstrated knowledge of auditing principles and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with the construction industry's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure compliance and consistency.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001, essential for maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Experience with the Reliance Engineering Information Management System (REIMS) for efficient project documentation and management.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate Method Statements to verify their compliance with established standards and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly in a construction context.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure all projects meet internal and external quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections, documenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to review plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues.
• Monitor the application of quality processes to maintain compliance with ISO and industry standards.
• Facilitate training sessions to upskill staff on quality assurance methodologies and new regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related topics and improvements.
• Ensure that quality assurance metrics are met and accurately reported to stakeholders.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality practices in all phases of project delivery.
