Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior MEP Design professional to join our expert team at Real Estate EPC, Reliance Industries Limited. Located in Mumbai, this full-time position plays a pivotal role in the development of our premier projects. You will be responsible for designing and integrating MEP systems in alignment with project requirements, leveraging your expertise to ensure excellence in every aspect.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in electrical system design (Mandatory skill), demonstrating proficiency in creating efficient and reliable systems.
• Expertise in plumbing system design (Mandatory skill), with a focus on sustainability and compliance with industry standards.
• Proficiency in fire protection system design (Mandatory skill), ensuring effective safety solutions for a variety of structures.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design, enabling the delivery of optimal climate control solutions in diverse environments.
• Competence in using AutoCAD for detailed MEP schematics and technical drawings, reflecting design accuracy and precision.
• Experience with Revit as a tool for creating detailed 3D models and integrating building services efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex engineering challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive MEP designs that align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall building plan seamlessly.
• Conduct site analysis and evaluations to ensure systems are optimized for efficiency and performance within the built environment.
• Oversee installation processes, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with various contractors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Utilize BIM technologies to enhance design interoperability and project visualization, promoting proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure projects meet the highest safety and sustainability standards, achieving client satisfaction and long-term value.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance solutions post-installation, ensuring the longevity and reliability of MEP systems.
