SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Material Planning, Maintenance Scheduling, and safe execution of maintenance activities of Tugs, SPMs & associated offshore pipelines, Diving System & Jetty Offshore Structures to ensure asset availability for hydrocarbon movement.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
Asset Integrity Management
- Marine facilities PM planning, scheduling and day to day monitoring.
- Condition monitoring of critical equipment's.
- Field quality execution for non-routine, shutdown and dry docking activities.
- History capturing of the PM, Shutdown and dry docking activities.
- Prepare Revenue and Capex budget in line with the Annual Operating Plans.
- Updation of Safe Maintenance procedures, Risk Assessments and PM Task Lists in line to latest OEM & Statutory guidelines.
- Spares & Services planning for the activities planned in Annual Operating Plans.
- Ensure that marine assets are kept in class throughout.
- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance to site HSEF procedures and Contractor Safety Management.
- Bunker consumption monitoring against the set norms.
- Material master data management.

Education Qualifications
- B.E. Mechanical or Class IV Marine Engineer.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in Port Facility Maintenance e.g Tugs, SPM, Jetty Structures & Offshore Pipelines
Functional / Behavioral competencies required to execute the role
