Job Overview

Senior role with 7 to 10 years of experience in Navi Mumbai. Full-Time employment with focus on eLearning technologies and instructional theories.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end learning project life-cycle, right from analysis till evaluation.
• Apply instructional strategies, innovative methodologies and technologies.
• Design instructional materials for instructor-led courses, online programs and web-based learning.
• Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to the delivery options for the course.
• Design and develop instructionally sound e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Captivate etc.
• Visualize UI/UX, design elements, layouts, templates and graphics for the various content formats.
• Review and ensure quality checks and compliance as per defined guidelines and principles
• Collaborate with other Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Graphic Designers, consultants, LMS/IT team, Marketing & Communications team, third-party vendor partner(s) in the creation and delivery of learning content.
• Act as a consultant to Functional Academies and advise on best-fit learning solution and assessment methodologies.
• Own and manage projects with vendor partners in co-ordination with academies including scoping, planning, designing, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Scripting storyboards for different delivery mediums, such as WBTs, videos, vILTs, and ILTs
• Develop instructor guides, rubrics, and other teaching aids.
• Conduct trainings to build capabilties across functional academies in the area of Instructional Design and authoring tools.
• Ensure valid and up-to-date content in the internal content catalog.
• Maintain project documentation.

Skills & Competencies.

• Extensive knowledge of learner-centric, performance based instructional theories and adult learning principles and their implementation.
• Experience in designing new-age learning solutions and innovative applications of eLearning technologies.
• Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills with proven ability to work on multiple priorities.
• Experience in using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond etc.
• Basic awareness of LMS, LXP, SCORM standards and TinCan APIs.
• Deep knowledge of principles, practices, techniques, industry standards, and emerging trends in visual designs for learning and implementation thereof.
• Keep abreast with the latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and update the processes related to the development and management of learning content accordingly.
