Job Accountabilities

• Ensuring Safe Reliable and Efficient Operations of Compressor Station & Pipeline as per PNGRB & Factory act guidelines
• Coordination with PIMS team for smooth pigging operation.
• Ensuring Validation (Receipt) and issue of Joint ticket (Deliveries).
• Ensuring timely report of all incidents & analysis of it.
• Resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Ensuring Planning and timely execution of jobs.
• Ensuring timely dispatch of reports with internal & external communication.
• SOP preparation and review & Alarm Management
• Handling Abnormal Operating Conditions & Emergency management.
• Fortnightly pipeline inventory validation
• Develop interpersonal skill, self-motivated work with minimum supervision.
• Identify the training needs for self and subordinates, propose for training.
• Preparation of SHPPL Annual budget in coordination with maintenance team.
• Follow-up with S&OR team for timely renewal of Statutory and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure Compliance management.

Skill & Competencies:

• Knowledge of Pipeline operation codes & standards.
• Pre commissioning and commissioning of Plant equipment and pipeline.
• Pipeline & Pigging operations.
• People management.

Education Required:

• B.E/B.Tech Bachelor degree in chemical / Mechanical engineering

Experience Required:

• Relevant working experience (minimum 15 years) in Pipeline & Compressor Station operations
• Experience in Operations of Pipeline and Compressor station preferably reciprocating compressors and Gas Engine Generators
