JD- Sr. Engineer Mech Integrity – CETS

Job Accountabilities:

  • Drive Mechanical Integrity and Quality assurance systems, integrate management systems supporting Mechanical Integrity for Fixed Equipment, Relief Systems and Rotating equipment
  • Defining, implementing and sustaining risk management initiatives identified to deliver continuous improvement and/or compliance with industry/regulatory changes associated with Mechanical Integrity
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and identifying MI trends on equipment
  • Align MIQA programs with OMS group essentials & group guidelines.
  • Provide effective technical advice to the maintenance team, ensuring threats are evaluated, procedures are followed and work is completed in accordance with the company's technical procedures.
  • Ensure that any actions arising from inspection activities are fully reported and communicated.
  • Perform root cause analysis and failure investigation on systems and equipment, as required.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the Team Lead, informing the anomalies and recommend actions to be taken.
  • Plan Mechanical Integrity audits. Carry out Inspection, quality assurance, maintenance and safety audits as required.
  • Managing inspection data in systems such as Meridium, SAP, BIF etc.
  • Will be responsible for day to day monitoring of Contractor's performance in terms of progress and Manpower & Equipment's deployment status.
  • To ensure that all Construction activities are being carried out safely in accordance with Company's HSE Policy.
  • Participating in development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment.
  • Review Drawings and specifications to determine the quantity and type of insulation required


Skill & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of various Codes & Standards
  • Knowledge on Reliance OMS
  • Knowledge on Insulation, painting and structural integrity
  • Knowledge of SAP PM & MM Module
  • Experiences in piping and static equipment inspection and maintenance in refining and petrochemical business.
  • API, CSWIP/CWI, SSPC, NACE certification holding is advantage
  • Knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques applicable to inspection of plant equipment.
  • Good knowledge on construction and inspection code


Education Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering


Experience Required:

  • At least 5-6 years of working experience in the manufacturing, inspection and maintenance of refining and petrochemical business.
