Job Accountabilities  

• To prepare Mechanical Data sheets (MDS) for rotating equipment like Multistage Pumps, and Blowers.
• To prepare Mechanical Data sheets (MDS) for rotating equipment like Centrifugal Compressors, Turbines, Reciprocating compressors with HT motors.     
• To witness performance tests of the equipment at Vendor works before final clearance.
• To develop software models which might help during engineering.
• To carryout cooling load calculations using software /excel program for the assigned project.
• To give Inter Disciplinary comments on A24 and E65 drawings of the specific project.
• To prepare Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS) for various equipment like Precision Air conditioner, Air washer unit, Air handling unit, Chemical Filters, Chillers, Fans etc.,
• To prepare Material Requisition (MRQ and MRP), Technical bid evaluation of HVAC Equipment.
• To prepare scope related documents for ducting involved.
• To prepare Single line diagram of Ducting.
• To review vendors calculations and drawings.
• To coordinate with other disciplines for Interdisciplinary comments on Cooling load calculations and vendor documents.
• To review ducting drawings prepared by designer or vendor.  
• To check engineering deliverables like calculations, datasheets, Material Requisitions,    Technical bid evaluation prepared by Design engineers. 

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Knowledge of codes like API 610, API 617, API 612, API 682 etc.,
• Knowledge of multistage pumps and compressors (with power rating of more than 2MW),  Power recovery Turbines and Expanders. 

Key Attributes :

• Qualifications- Degree in Mechanical engineering from accredited college or University.
• Experience - 7 years of Minimum Experience of in Engineering Consulting companies/equipment manufacturing /Chemical Plants / Inspection Agencies.
