Job Accountabilities

1.    To interact with other departments and project/client, for Inter-Departmental Checking comments, on MDS and Tech Specs , TBEs, and Vendor documents;

2.    To check documents like Data Sheet and Material Requisition, prepared by design

3.   To develop in-house training modules and train colleagues.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

1.   Knowledge of simple packages (as defined for DE) is a pre-requisite;

2.   Knowledge of codes like, API610, API682, API673, API674, API675, API676, API614, API560, API530, API535, ASME Sec VIII Div1., ASME B73.1,  API650, TEMA, etc.;

3.   Knowledge of statutory requirements applicable for packages;

4.   Knowledge of DEPs of Shell, ARAMCO, SABIC, UOP, EIL, etc.;

5.   Knowledge of underlying processes for either Water Treatment, Air Separation, Filtration, or Fired Heaters;

6.   Knowledge of performance testing of various packages;

7.   Knowledge of Engineering Standard Specifications

8.   Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word, MS Power point,

9.   Shall have very good written and verbal communications skills 

Key Attributes :

Qualifications - Degree in Mechanical engineering from accredited college or University;

Experience - 7 years minimum experience in Engineering Consulting companies /equipment manufacturing/ Chemical Plants;
