Job accountabilities:-

'*Ensure completion of all planned activities in each shift and achieve daily/monthly production targets .

*Conduct training to the workforce to trouble shoot production related issues.

*Ensure compliances related to ISO, IMS, BIS, PESO certification process and adhere to the requirements.

*Track raw material consumptions record as per SAP booking and update the same on regular basis, and ensure consumption against finalized BOM (Bill Of Material).

*Provide raw material plan for production and ensure minimum stocks update for smooth production.

*Deploy / rotate manpower as per production plan.

*Analyze machine-wise breakdowns and take corrective actions wherever required in consultation with concerned depts.

*Control waste management and ensure reduction through measures.

*Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner and ensure compliances w.r.t Safety and Quality.

*Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures

Education & Experience required:-

Diploma / B.E / B.Sc. - Mechanical / Plastics 

For B.E. - '6-8 years of total experience in relevant industry, Diploma / B.Sc. - 8-9 year of total experience in relevant industry
