Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment Strategy (Mandatory skill): Expertise in devising and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent efficiently.
  • Talent Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Negotiation Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other terms of employment.
  • Interviewing Techniques: Solid knowledge of advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Assessment: Ability to accurately assess candidates' qualifications and potential through various evaluation methods.
  • Employer Branding: Experience in enhancing the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Competence in using data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews and guide hiring managers in the selection process.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Enhance the company's employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
