Role & Responsibilities:

Mechanical Engineering & Project Management

i. Lead the team to perform detailed engineering of the Rotating equipment. 

ii. To organize , plan, budget and schedule activities for the scope of work/ allotted project 

1. Review & Approve Mechanical Data Sheets and Site Drawings

2. Conduct resource estimation for job/project allotted and monitor the allocated resources for the projects

3. Facilitate regular meetings and communication among the various discipline leads to ensure alignment on project objectives, schedules, and deliverables

4. Collaborate with other discipline leads to develop a comprehensive project plan that considers the specific requirements and inputs from each discipline

5. Identify potential interdisciplinary conflicts or challenges early on and work with other leads to devise mitigation strategies

6. Oversee the integration of designs from different disciplines to ensure they work cohesively together without conflicts

7. Ensure proper documentation of interdisciplinary decisions, changes, and progress, and reporting to higher management and stakeholders

Education:

Bachelors of Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical Preferred)

Experience:

15 to 22 years of experience
