Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner at the Junior level for our Surat location. This full-time role involves working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, specifically talent management, performance management, and HR compliance.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Talent Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing talent acquisition and retention processes effectively.
  • Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to implement and manage performance evaluation systems.
  • HR Compliance (Mandatory skill): Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Ability to foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
  • Organizational Development: Experience in organizational development initiatives to drive business success.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong capability in resolving workplace conflicts efficiently and amicably.
  • Strategic Planning: Skills in aligning HR strategy with business objectives to support organizational goals.
  • Change Management: Expertise in managing change within the organization to minimize disruption and maximize employee acceptance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for the HR department to address employee concerns and facilitate communication effectively.
  • Implement talent management practices including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Develop and manage performance review systems to ensure fair and consistent employee evaluations.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.
  • Promote positive employee relations and address any employee grievances in a timely manner.
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives to improve company culture and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align HR activities with business objectives.
  • Manage change initiatives effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and promoting a culture of adaptability.
