  • Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Expert in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.
  • Change Management: Skilled in guiding organizations through transitions and transformations smoothly.
  • Talent Acquisition: Experience in recruiting high-caliber candidates that fit the culture and needs of the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Knowledgeable about structuring competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
  • HR Compliance: Ensures adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Development: Capable of improving company structure and processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their objectives and aligning HR practices accordingly.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Develop and oversee performance management systems that drive high performance and development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute change management strategies effectively.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to source, interview, and hire top talent that meets business needs.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Promote organizational development by assessing current processes and recommending improvements.
