Job Overview

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Bharuch. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in employee relations, HR compliance, and strategic planning. As part of a dynamic team, the role will involve working closely with business leaders to drive organizational goals and deliver HR solutions that align with our business strategy.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environment and address any employee concerns or disputes (Mandatory skill).
  • HR compliance to ensure all human resources operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies (Mandatory skill).
  • Strategic planning to align HR initiatives with the overall business objectives and drive organizational performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Talent management to identify, develop, and retain key talent within the organization.
  • Performance management to design and implement effective performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Organizational development to drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness through strategic initiatives.
  • Change management to manage transitions and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems within the organization.
  • Conflict resolution to resolve workplace conflicts effectively and maintain a positive work environment.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR expertise and consultation in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure HR compliance by keeping up-to-date with labor laws, policies, and regulations and implementing necessary changes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with the business goals and assist in driving company-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and development programs.
  • Facilitate organizational development and change management efforts to build a high-performance culture.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict management techniques.
  • Act as a change agent to promote innovative HR practices and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
