Job Purpose
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for driving learning governance / interface, critical capability building with focus on Upskilling and Reskilling, and learning culture building for the organization. In this role he/she will be required to work closely with the CLO, central CoE and all academies.
Job Accountabilities
- Support in setting the AOP for the learning function and cascading the same to the learning organization
- Set the process and approach key aspects of capability building – competencies and skills, Upskilling, Reskilling – and work closely with CoE and academies in executing the same
- Ensure articulation and execution of an effective governance process to ensure that the function is on track with respect to guiding principles and deliverables
- Ensure availability of robust learning metrics and analytics and cascading the same to all required stakeholders
- Ensure availability of updated learning processes to ensure standardized operations
- Create and manage learning budgets with focus on efficiency and effectiveness, including bills management
- Learning operations – across digital and physical modes
- Guide CoE and academies on best practices in the learning domain and implementing the same
- Drive the capability building of the learning team and ensure the team is at required proficiency level across all capabilities
- Drive learning culture building process through a well-articulated approach that brings alive learning as a way of life

MBA (Human Resource Management)
