Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our team in Nagothana on a full-time basis. The role involves developing and implementing sustainable CSR initiatives that align with our corporate values and strategies to make a positive social impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about corporate social responsibility and have strong skills in sustainability, social impact measurement, and corporate governance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sustainability (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Social Impact Measurement (Mandatory skill) - Strong ability to measure and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives on communities and stakeholders.
• Corporate Governance (Mandatory skill) - Knowledge of corporate governance practices and how they relate to CSR activities.
• Community Engagement - Experience in engaging with community groups and fostering collaborative relationships.
• Ethical Practices - Commitment to upholding ethical principles and practices in all CSR activities.
• Stakeholder Management - Proficiency in managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, community groups, and government entities.

• Conduct environmental impact assessments to evaluate the effects of corporate activities on the environment.
• Prepare reports and presentations on CSR initiatives and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and manage strategic philanthropic initiatives that support the company’s CSR goals.
