Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team in Navi Mumbai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions. This role requires a collaborative and analytical mindset to support the optimization of our business operations through data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in business analysis to interpret data and build actionable insights (Mandatory skill)
• Exceptional project management skills to coordinate and execute multiple projects (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in data analysis techniques for business intelligence and reporting purposes (Mandatory skill)
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions
• Capable of gathering and specifying detailed business requirements from stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and improve decision-making
• Ability to conduct quality assurance checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data analytics

• Design and implement business intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making capabilities
