SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Location: Navi Mumbai
To review assigned business processes end to end in order to address and translate operational, financial and technological requirements into actionable solutions through research and analysis of complex data thereby ensuring maintenance of efficiency and increased productivity across the organization

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions related to business data analysis so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Assist the team in identifying business processes that require improvement across different functions within specific business unit
- Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement for various business processes to enhance efficiency and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor metrics established for analysing organizational statistics to identify trends
- Provide inputs in evaluating technology solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts for identified areas for automation within processes and procedures
Research & Analysis
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges and share relevant requirements upward
- Undertake on ground research through primary and secondary sources to gather relevant data to address business requirements
- Contribute to overall analysis, drawn from internal and external data, by assisting in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Assist in validating the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and processes by performing gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue optimization
- Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and evaluate business performance, assess risks and forecast future trends
Data Management
- Clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Design and implement data models, databases, and reporting systems to facilitate efficient data analysis
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Reporting
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations and dashboards for immediate managers to enable them to communicate key findings, progress, and recommendations further to business teams
- Implement data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics tools and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making

Education Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience (Must Have & Good to Have)
- 3 - 7 years of experience in relevant field, preferably in Indian Oil & Gas Industries
