Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development professional to join our team at our Jamnagar location. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, developing educational programs, and implementing learning strategies to support organizational growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective collaboration and dissemination of information.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Client Aided System (CAS) (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong research skills to continually identify emerging industry trends and best practices.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing work environments and varying learning preferences.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address learner needs and resolve training program challenges.
  • Highly organized to manage multiple training schedules and documentations efficiently.
  • Curiosity to explore new learning methodologies and technologies for optimal training outcomes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with managers.
  • Design and develop training programs that meet organizational goals and individual learning needs.
  • Implement effective and engaging training methods and materials suitable for various learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in learning technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into training programs.
  • Manage training budgets and ensure resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Support employees in their personal and professional development by providing career guidance and coaching sessions.
