Requisition: Associate - Employee Communications CoE (66141047)

Job Accountabilities

• Execute employee communication programs and events according to campaign calendar and existing communications guidelines
• Manage daily delivery of employee communications - including messages, mailers, social media, newsletters, etc to the relevant audience
• Draft and create key messages and content for target audiences
• Write and edit copy for various print, digital and online platforms including mailers, newsletters, brochures, posters, portals, websites, social media, etc.
• Coordinate communications deliverables and schedules between key stakeholders across businesses and external vendors
• Collect feedback across communication channels and share with relevant stakeholders
• Participate as part of a wider team to deliver internal communications programs and coordination of events across the business

Skill & Competencies

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of effective communications media and methods including print, online platforms and social media
• Knowledge related to execution and delivery of communication, stories and content through various offline and online channels
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across businesses
• Ability to complete agreed programs of work, deadlines and standards of performance as agreed with Line Manager.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and bring meaningful change in organizational culture

• Graduation in Arts or Mass Media with (desired) post graduate qualification in Communications or related discipline(s)
