Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you 

will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, 

and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will have to have a combination of technical 

expertise and strong sales skills and a talent to identify potential customers, negotiate and bag the 

order.

Roles and Responsibilities

     Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. 

     Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.

     Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to understand 

project requirements, technical specifications, and scope of work.

     Prepare and negotiate project contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, while 

adhering to company policies and profitability targets

 Negotiate and Finalise orders with Customers 

 Follow up and track payments with Customers

     Attend to customer feedback, maintain healthy communication and long term relations with all 

Clients

Education

B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 

Desired Candidate Profile

     Proven experience in technical sales, preferably as a Sales Engineer, within the project-based 

industry (e.g., water industry, food industry, oil and gas industry, etc)

     Proficiency in M.S Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

     Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

     Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to 

manage multiple projects simultaneously.

     Ability to work with minimal supervision.

     Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and industry events, as required.
