As a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Operations specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and drive business growth. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends and regulations
• Brand Promotion, Digital Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
• End to End Cycle of Real Estate Process
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret sales and marketing data
