Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to understand
project requirements, technical specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare and negotiate project contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, while
adhering to company policies and profitability targets
Negotiate and Finalise orders with Customers
Follow up and track payments with Customers
Attend to customer feedback, maintain healthy communication and long term relations with all
Clients
Education
B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably as a Sales Engineer, within the project-based
industry (e.g., water industry, food industry, oil and gas industry, etc)
Proficiency in M.S Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and industry events, as required.
