JOB DESCRIPTION – AR CALLING Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.Understand the client requirements and specifications of the projectEnsure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.Minimum 6 months work experience as an AR Caller in Revenue Cycle Management ProcessA brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.Cab facility will be provided (DROP).

Role description: 1) Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone 2) Role entails working only in Day shift 3) Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically 4) Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy 5) Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands. 6) Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers 7) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes 8) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication. 9) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.&nbsp;
