Job Responsibilities:

- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.

- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.

- Explain the features of various policies & Sell it to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies.

- Meet customer on regular basis for achieving standards.

- Analyze clients current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes.

- Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.

- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.

Skills Required:

Good Communication, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Good influencing and negotiation skills, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Working Independently.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Min 0-1 yr Sales Experience

Age: 21- 40

Salary: 2.20 lakh - 4lakh p.a + Incentives

Job Timing: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
