Job Overview


We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our team at RightHire. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or coordination role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Support the sales team in all administrative activities
  • Manage and organize sales data, such as leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Assist in the coordination of sales-related events, such as conferences and trade shows
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support
  • Maintain and update customer databases
