We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in monitoring and organizing inventory is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and work closely with the sales team
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales service
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
- Participate in meetings and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction
