Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a required experience of 1 to 3 years.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential leads and prospects through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
