Job Overview
RightHire is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
Qualifications and Skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to identify and source qualified candidates for client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
