Job Overview
RightHire is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
