Job Profile – HR Manager

Total Work Ex needed – 7-10 Years

Job Location – Noida

Salary Slab – 60K –75k PM

Responsibilities

 Manage the recruitment and selection process

 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

aligned with the overall business strategy

 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing

demands, grievances or other issues

 Support current and future business needs through the

development, engagement, motivation and preservation of

human capital

 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training

programs

 Develop and monitor overall policies, systems and

procedures across the organization

 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that

drives high performance

 Manage pay plan / incentives and benefits program

 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource

management

Requirements and skills

 Good educational qualification - Degree in Human

Resources or related field

 Proven working experience of 7-10 years as HR Manager in

a good organization (preferably retail)

 Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation &

presentation skills

 Result oriented approach

 Knowledge of HR systems and databases

 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal

relationships at all levels of the company

 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Practices
