About Us:. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team and help drive our human resources strategy forward.
Position Summary: The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and operational management to ensure effective HR practices that support the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters and contribute to organizational development.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and manage employee development programs, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation structures regularly.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Organizational Development:
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and transformation.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and data to assess and improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and key performance indicators to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
