Job Responsibility:

1. Maintenance of machines and equipment at state of art casting shop consisting of various machines like High Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting (Isuzu), Core Shooter (Union Parts & Toyo Shell), Gas fired Melting Furnace, Holding Furnace (Tonetsu), Heat treatment Furnace, Cooling Tower, Decoring, Gate Cutting, FANUC Robots, Sand Conveyors, DEMAG EOT Cranes, Vacuum Pumps etc.

2. Independent shift management, keeping safety on priority (day-to-day resource planning as per requirement & manpower handling)

3. Quick troubleshooting and rectification of faults.

4. Sunday/ Holiday & Shutdown work planning (spare & manpower).

5. Inventory management & Spare parts procurement.

6. Selection of equivalent spares & management of obsolete spares.

7. Preventive maintenance planning & execution; Usage of Predictive maintain tools.

8. Co-ordination & planning with peer departments, vendors & service agencies.

9. Submission of Breakdown analysis (why-why) reports and countermeasure execution within stipulated timelines.

10. Completion of maintenance related documents on day-to-day basis.

11. Monthly reports submission & data presentation.
