Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Business, Information Technology or similar) is preferred.
- Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: An interest in analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Multitasking and Adaptability:Being available 24 X 7 as required for all IT support. Openness and learning attitude towards evolving IT needs of business.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
