Job Description:

• Understand real estate products (villas, apartments and plots) and pricing in detail
• Call, take appointment and visit customers to showcase project as per the leads provided by telesales team
• Close sale of villas and plots to customers through site visits, unit selection and follow ups
• Visit exhibition centres and sales events to interact and identify new sales leads
• Daily reporting on progress as per the company's processes

Qualification Requirement:

·         Good communication Skills in English, Hindi and local language

·         Pleasing and Presentable personality

·         Target Orientated

·         Go getter

·         Learner Attitude

Salary & Benefits:

·         Gross Salary per month - 25,000/-
