Job Overview

We are hiring Domestic Tele Callers to join our team at Ridhima Enterprise. As a Domestic Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential respondents for market research projects. This is a full-time position based in Barasat, West Bengal, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow scripts and guidelines during customer interactions
• Generate leads and set appointments
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
• Identify project needs and recommend appropriate solutions
